Dr. 'B' as his staff calls him has been practicing Veterinary medicine since 1986. He is a proud family man who came to Canada with his wife and two kids and is a very pleased to have Cyrus as his loyal companion, a toy poodle who takes him for many walks during the day. Dr. Bhullar is a very peaceful, easy going person who will go an extra mile to help an animal or a human in need. Dr. Bhullar is really horrified by the way humans process animals for food consumption, In his ideal world we would all be vegetarian.

Veterinarian

Dr. Ajay Bhullar has been surrounded by animals from a young age and has always been passionate about animal welfare. Taking inspiration from his father, Dr. Gurmeet Bhullar, he decided to pursue a career in animal welfare. after graduating from veterinary school in 2018 Dr. Ajay decided to join Rexdale Animal Hospital as a Veterinarian. He is motivated and driven to build on his knowledge to deliver the best care for our companions.

Away from the practice Dr. AJay Bhullar likes to follow his favourite sports teams, such as the Raptors, spend quality time with his family, and spend time outdoors.

Alex ‎

Veterinary Technician & Practice Manager

Alex has been a dedicated member of Rexdale Animal Hospital since October 2020, starting as a Veterinary Assistant before advancing to Veterinary Technician and now Practice Manager. Her passion for animals goes beyond the clinic, as she shares her home with three beloved dogs, eight snakes, and a dozen fish. With her extensive experience and deep love for animals, Alex plays a vital role in ensuring the best care for both pets and their owners every day.

Manpreet is the youngest member of our veterinary team. She has been with our practice since 2017 and has been an active part of Rexdale Animal Hospital. Manpreet takes an important role in surgery and anesthetic monitoring. At home, Manpreet has a 3-year-old bearded dragon named Dagon who is best know as being a 'princess'.

Veterinary Technician

Franchesca has been dedicated to the veterinary field since 2020 and became a valued member of our team in 2023. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is deeply passionate about providing the best care for animals. At home, she shares her love for pets with her two adorable fur babies—Kiko, a playful Golden Retriever, and Wampi,  a charming French Bulldog. Franchesca’s enthusiasm and commitment make her an essential part of our team, and she takes great pride in helping pets and their families every day.

Celvia ‎

Veterinary Receptionist / Client Care Representative

Celvia joined our team after graduating from the Veterinary Assistant program at Seneca College in 2021. Her passion for animals and commitment to their well-being drive her to provide the care and love they deserve every day. At home, she shares her life with Ace, her mischievous yet lovable German Shepherd/Akita mix—affectionately known as a 'menace to society,' but cherished all the same.
